As an individual who has always loved all things creative, Margarlelia received her Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree in Fashion Design from the University of North Texas. Though many of her early sketches were compiled during this time, her thirst for variety led her to diversify into the realms of graphic t-shirt design, styling, and photography.

 

Natural elements are often the themes of her works. From portraits and photographs of cultural landscapes, to t-shirts with inspirational messages, she captures the human experience on a variety of media.

 

Art can originate from and perform a variety of functions. Whether simply aesthetic, or thought-provoking, Margarlelia believes the connection between the piece and the collector prove to be most important. "The average person can't be expected to study every era of art history in order to form an 'educated' opinion on a piece. I think people should be able to have a little bit of everything they like, as long as there is cohesion. I live for this 'organized mess.' See it, love it, rock it!"

 

In the future, Margarlelia plans to continuously diversity within every category of her art. She hopes that the constant variety will effectively keep her audience's attention.
